We have innovated a new way to do good by taking all the great features of CraftRoots Brewing and using them as an engine for good. CraftRoots for Good (CRfG) invests the net profits of the brewery into local, regional, and global organizations that help provide food security, healthcare, and education in culturally sensitive, locally empowering ways. CRfG will also provide worldview-expanding opportunities for interested customers to participate in service trips and projects to experience the people and places we support.

The recipe is simple: CraftRoots brews great beer and creates the atmosphere for a great time. Customers have a great time. CraftRoots for Good uses the brewery profits to make a brighter future for kids and families, locally and around the world.

CraftRoots for Good (CRfG) is an IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) charitable organization. The owners will never pull money out for themselves and do not get compensated for their time. CRfG is committed to 100% charitable efficiency where 100% of donations ultimately end up in the hands of the programs and partners doing good. To create the biggest transformative effect, CraftRoots for Good will pick a limited amount of the right partner organizations that will allow us to make both financial and relational investments.  CRfG will partner with groups that are empowering individuals or families for long-term success and not just helping them out temporarily. In order to become a partner, an organization needs to demonstrate that their work:

1- Makes a significant change for the better in the people they serve 

2- Is done in ways that are sensitive and appropriate to the culture they serve

3- Does not harm other aspects of personal or community life
